Housing Corporation Portaal got to work in a deprived area. By means of an extensive invitation campaign, the attendance was unprecedented. Every region made a film fitting in the format. Fellow workers, clients and projects were shown. On the same day the “portalers” came to an empty sports centre to do their job (beforehand everyone could make a choice). After the work, everyone went to Fort Voordorp where Anette van Trigt hosted the talkshow Café Portaal.

This semi-live show released emotions, gave unprecedented feedback and ideas the management could take advantage of. Afterwards the reward was an impressive multicultural evening.
